Your Responsibilities:
- Proper storage and picking of automotive products.
- Performing service tasks in the warehouse with a focus on customer service.
- Communicating by phone with customers and headquarters (e.g., clarifying questions, scheduling appointments)
- Entering, processing, and tracking orders in the inventory management system (IMS)
- Planning and coordinating delivery vehicles
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods
- Helping to optimize warehouse processes
- General warehouse duties and administrative tasks.
What We Expect From You:
- Completed training in warehousing/logistics or a comparable qualification.
- Work experience in a warehouse setting, ideally involving customer contact.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A reliable, independent, and structured approach to work.
- German as a native language or at least B2 level
